Neurobehavioural effects of developmental toxicity
2/16/14: Neurobehavioral Dangers of Environmental Toxins in Infancy
Not unexpected, really, but this study just published in The Lancet is a true wake up call to understand that the toxins in our environment, which are so prevalent, can severely impact the developing brains of the young, especially infants. For anyone whohas a child, or is contemplating having a child, please read the study, and take proactive steps (which I'll discuss further in future posts) to avoid the toxins that can so easily harm the brain development of our next generation.
